Questions, answered.
Who can join the association?
Any company, professional, academic institution or student involved in or interested in artificial intelligence in Malaysia may apply. Applications are approved by the executive committee in line with the association's constitution.
How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed at the committee's regular meetings. You can expect a decision within around 30 days of applying [TO CONFIRM].
Is the fee annual?
Yes. Membership runs for 12 months and is renewed annually. Fees for each tier will be published here once confirmed [TO CONFIRM].
Can several people from one company take part?
Yes. Corporate and SME members nominate representatives who can attend events and join working groups on the organisation's behalf.
Do I need to be a Malaysian citizen?
Individual members should be based in Malaysia. Non-citizens and overseas organisations may be eligible for associate membership [TO CONFIRM].
